通过比率关联优化识别网络模块

摘要
我们提出了一种基于目标函数——比率关联最大化来识别网络模块结构的新方法。当社区检测问题在概率自编码器框架中描述时，会出现这个代价函数。与核k均值方法的类比使我们能够开发出一种基于确定性退火方案的高效优化算法。所提出方法的性能在真实数据集和模拟网络上得到了展示。
