摘要
我们描述了在z ~ 2.5的射电源场中，拥有古老星际光度的星系形态学研究。其中相当一部分由古老星体的盘构成，且迄今为止我们尚未发现任何具有当前时代椭圆星系特征的星系。最新的Spitzer IRAC数据确认至少有一个我们的主要实例明确不是被红移的星际形成星系。
