氢掺杂立方金刚石与n-金刚石的晶体结构

摘要
为了理解n-金刚石的晶体结构，我们利用第一性原理计算研究了氢掺杂(H掺杂)金刚石模型。特别地，我们分析了氢掺杂金刚石中依赖于氢浓度的弹性常数和晶格参数。我们的结果表明，当氢浓度低于19 at.%时，氢掺杂金刚石是机械稳定的。当氢浓度约为4 at.%时，优化后的氢掺杂金刚石的晶格参数、模拟XRD图谱和电子性质均与n-金刚石的相应实验值吻合良好。这些结果暗示n-金刚石很可能是一种氢掺杂金刚石。
