参考相互作用位点模型近似下原子-原子相关函数方法中B-DNA片段的溶剂化

摘要
我们提出了一种高效的数值算法，用于在参考相互作用位点模型（RISM）近似下求解具有大量原子的大分子无限稀释溶液的液体理论积分方程。该算法基于应用非平稳迭代方法求解线性代数方程组。我们计算了无限稀释水溶液中B-DNA双链体d(GGGGG).d(CCCCC)片段的溶剂-溶质原子-原子相关函数。将获得的结果与可用的实验数据和计算机模拟结果进行了比较。
