在作者提出的低能量子引力模型中，红移机制是量子且局域的，与任何宇宙膨胀无关。本文考虑了几种验证其预言的可能性：专门的地基激光实验；大质量物体的减速与先驱者号异常；软辐射与硬辐射的哈勃图的非普适性；星系/类星体计数。
