工作时长与美国实际年 earnings 分布（1976—2019）

摘要
我们通过将实际年 earnings 分布的变化分解为构成效应、结构效应和时长效应，考察年工作时长对年 earnings 的影响。为此，我们采用了一个关于时长、工资与 earnings 的不可分离联立模型。利用1976—2019调查年度的当前人口调查（Current Population Survey），我们发现女性年工作时长分布的变化对于解释女性年 earnings 不平等的变动十分重要，这反映了该时期她们就业行为的显著变化。男性时长分布的变动仅影响其 earnings 分布的下部，并反映了这些工人的年工作时长对周期性因素的敏感性。
