摘要
许多现有的热管理技术侧重于降低芯片的整体功耗,而未解决被称为热点的特定位置温度问题。我们提出利用动态运行时重构来周期性转移引发热点的计算,从而使热分布更加均匀。我们的分析表明,动态重构是减少 NoC 热点的有效技术。
