低维能带实现的高三维热电性能

摘要
降低维度长期以来被视为提高热电性能的重要策略，例如在超晶格和其他工程结构中。在此，我们指出并通过实例说明，从热电性能的角度来看，三维块体材料可以被制造得表现得如同二维材料。文中讨论了这对发现新型实用热电材料的意义。
