摘要
我们采用变分方法来阐明高温 cuprate 超导体在T=0条件下的强相关 d 波超导态。我们表明,强相关导致配对规模和相干性之间出现质变趋势:配对规模随空洞掺杂呈单调减小,而超导序参量显示出非单调的拱形变化。我们获得了大量可观测量的掺杂依赖性详细结果,包括化学势、相干长度、动量分布、节点准粒子权重和色散、光谱中无相干特征、光谱权重和超流密度。我们的结果与现有数据在 remarkable 定量一致,一些预测(首次报道于Phys. Rev. Lett. {\bf 87}, 217002 (2001))已被最近验证。
