高灵敏度跃迁边沿传感器辐射热计:基于交流与会流偏置的速度提升与表征

摘要

我们报告了为提升低 G 远红外跃迁边沿传感器(TES)辐射热计速度所做的努力。我们采用一种无需任何干法刻蚀步骤的制备工艺,以降低悬浮器件的热容,并测得探测器时间常数的减小。然而,我们也测得温度归一化热导(G)的增加,以及相应的噪声等效功率(NEP)的增加。我们采用一种新的近红外光子噪声技术,利用近红外激光标定频域复用交流系统,并将结果与一个已被充分理解的直流电路进行比较。我们测得白噪声水平的 NEP 为 0.8 aW/rtHz,1/f 拐点低于 0.1 Hz,时间常数为 3.2 ms。
