摘要
我们报道了 Advanced LIGO、Advanced Virgo 与 KAGRA 引力波探测器溅射镀膜材料的光学、机械与结构表征。我们展示了研究计划的最新结果，该计划旨在通过掺杂、沉积参数优化与沉积后退火来降低镀膜热噪声。最后，我们提出溅射 Si3N4 作为未来探测器镜面的候选材料。
