岩盐结构FeO-ZnO固溶体的高压合成：原位X射线衍射研究

摘要
首次利用同步辐射X射线衍射研究了FeO-ZnO体系在4.8 GPa和高达1300 K温度下的化学相互作用。在750 K以上，观察到FeO与ZnO之间的化学反应，生成了岩盐(rs)结构的Fe1-xZnxO固溶体(0.3 ≤ x ≤ 0.85)。原位测量了这些固溶体在压力下随温度变化的晶格参数，并计算了相应的热膨胀系数。
