基于高Q氮化硅谐振腔自注入锁定二次谐波产生的高相干混合集成780 nm光源

摘要
通过将1560 nm分布反馈半导体激光器自注入锁定到高氮化硅谐振腔,利用光致电流诱导的二阶非线性产生了高相干的780 nm二次谐波信号。该780 nm发射实现了4 Hz/Hz的创纪录低频率噪声基底。该方法可推广至宽范围可见光及近可见光波段的信号产生。
