金颗粒的外差全息显微术

摘要
我们报告了关于亚波长尺寸金颗粒的外差全息显微术的实验结果。该装置在全内反射构型下使用连续绿激光照射金属微珠，以实现暗场操作。在照明波长下利用电荷耦合器件 (CCD) 阵列探测器检测散射光，实现了水中布朗粒子的三维定位。
