HESS J1818-154:在 TeV 伽马射线和 X 射线中发现的新复合超新星遗迹

复合超新星遗迹 (SNRs) 是大质量恒星爆炸遗迹的一个小子类,其特征是从膨胀的壳层状激波前沿和位于 SNR 内部的脉冲星风云 (PWN) 均观测到非热辐射。这些系统代表了 SNR 的一个独特演化阶段,其中射电、X 射线和 γ\gamma 射线波段的观测允许研究这两种高能现象的协同演化。在本文中,我们报告了使用高能立体系统 (H.E.S.S.) 和 XMM-Newton 对壳层型 SNR G15.4+0.1 的观测结果。H.E.S.S. 探测到一个位于 G15.4+0.1 中心并包含在其壳层内的紧凑 TeV γ\gamma 射线源 HESSJ1818-154,其能谱最好由谱指数为 2.3±0.3stat±0.2sys-2.3 \pm 0.3_{stat} \pm 0.2_{sys} 的幂律模型表示,积分通量为 F(>(>0.42TeV\,\mathrm{TeV})=(0.9±0.3stat±0.2sys)×10120.9 \pm 0.3_{\mathrm{stat}} \pm 0.2_{\mathrm{sys}}) \times 10^{-12}cm2^{-2}s1^{-1}。此外,最近使用 XMM-Newton 进行的观测揭示了在 G15.4+0.1 中心强烈峰值的扩展 X 射线发射。该 X 射线源显示出依赖于能量的形态迹象,即在高于 4 keV 的能量处具有紧凑核心,而在较低能量处具有填充 SNR 内整个区域的更扩展发射。综合来看,X 射线和 VHE γ\gamma 射线发射提供了位于 G15.4+0.1 壳层内的 PWN 的有力证据,因此基于这些观测,该 SNR 可被归类为\emph{复合}型。来自 PWN 的射电、X 射线和 γ\gamma 射线发射与需要发射区域内低平均磁场的单区轻子模型相容。在 G15.4+0.1 的射电或 X 射线观测中,均未探测到被认为是 PWN 能量来源的假定脉冲星的明确对应体。
