摘要

在强子对撞机中，通过双光子聚变产生带电重轻子对的过程被考虑，适用于SSC和LHC能量。在Weizsäcker-Williams近似下，给出了非弹性过程 $pp \rightarrow \gamma \gamma X \rightarrow L^+L^-X$ 和弹性过程 $pp \rightarrow \gamma \gamma pp \rightarrow L^+L^- pp$ 的速率，并与通过胶子聚变和Drell-Yan机制的产生进行了比较。
