摘要
对由自上而下生长法制备的大型 YBaCuO 样品的均匀性进行了详细研究。特别指出了结构缺陷和超导性如何沿生长前端分布。这些分布很难用假设生长前端平坦的假设来解释。所得数据证明生长前端呈凹面形状。
