铼氧化物修饰的石英基石墨烯作为有机电子器件半透明电极

摘要

我们的研究表明,市售的铼氧化物修饰石英基石墨烯满足其作为光电器件中导电透明阳极的要求。铼氧化物的团簇生长使石墨烯的功函数提升1.3 eV至5.2 eV,这保证了与OLED器件中所用有机半导体能级的适当匹配。
