摘要
颗粒铝是一种有前景的高动感电感器件(如量子比特电路)材料。与原子无序材料(如NbN_x)相比,其优势在于同时保持高动感电感和高品质因子。我们展示了高质量的纳米级颗粒铝薄膜,具有尖锐的超导转变,正常态电阻率值约为1x10^5 μΩ cm,动感电感值约为10 nH/sq,超越了现有技术水平。我们认为这是由于金属-绝缘体转变的不同性质所致:前者是电子关联驱动的(Mott型),后者是无序驱动的(Anderson型)。
