永磁体中依赖于晶粒尺寸的退磁因子

摘要
永磁体的矫顽场随晶粒尺寸增大而减小。矫顽场的晶粒尺寸依赖性由尺寸相关的退磁因子解释。在无镝 NdFeB 磁体中,尺寸相关的退磁因子范围从晶粒尺寸 55 nm 时的 0.2 到 8300 nm 时的 1.22。实验数据与微磁模拟的比较表明,硬磁体中矫顽场的晶粒尺寸依赖性是由于多面体晶粒中的非均匀静磁场。
