纤薄超导体、Mott 绝缘体与共振价键态：关联电子系统中的研究

摘要
应用 Gutzwiller 变分方法对有效二维 Hubbard 模型进行研究，以检验 Laughlin 近期提出的纤薄超导体。在电子填满半满的基态下，对于较小的局部库仑相互作用 U 为纤薄超导体，对于较大的 U 为 Mott 绝缘体。纤薄超导态类似于共振价键超导态，区别在于化学势大约固定在两个 Hubbard 带之间的中点，远离半填满处。
