Go-Smart:基于网页的微创癌症治疗计算建模

摘要

基于网页的Go-Smart环境是一个可扩展系统,可预测微创癌症治疗。介入放射科医生通过在2D/3D浏览器环境中对介入前CT(计算机断层扫描)和/或MRI(磁共振成像)图像进行半自动分割与配准,创建患者特定的3D模型。该模型通过内置仿真工具比较患者特定的治疗方案与设备性能。Go-Smart包含将模拟治疗与从随访扫描中分割出的真实消融病灶进行比较的评估技术。该框架具有高度可扩展性,允许制造商与研究人员整合新的消融设备、数学模型与物理参数。
