径向剖面在天文数据分析和解释中起关键作用，促进了空间信息的提取。然而，对每个椭圆环的高度可定制（针对不同情境）的测量具有挑战性。作为响应，我们提出了'astscript-radial-profile'，这是Gnuastro从版本0.15开始的一部分，并拥有广泛的文档。该程序的一个便利功能是其能够使用不同算子（如均值、中位数、sigma剪裁等）在椭圆上进行快速直接的测量，仅需最少的依赖项。本研究笔记可通过Maneage在Git提交104aad5上复现。
