摘要
尽管集成方法近期取得了令人鼓舞的进展，但分类方法的发展似乎已进入一个平台期。进一步的进展取决于对高维空间中点集的几何与拓扑特征、这些特征在特征变换和采样过程中的保持，以及它们与分类器中使用的几何模型之间相互作用的更好理解。我们讨论了一种从数据集中度量这些属性并将其与分类器准确率相关联的尝试。
