通过钉扎效应产生磁斯格明子

摘要
基于解析估算与晶格模拟,本文提出在二维手性磁性材料中,无需外磁场或磁各向异性,即可通过钉扎效应产生磁斯格明子。在我们的模拟中,稳定的磁斯格明子可在钉扎区域生成。研究了不同铁磁交换强度与 Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya 相互作用强度下斯格明子的性质。
