摘要:GeneFEAST 以 Python 实现,是一个以基因为中心的功能富集分析(FEA)汇总与可视化工具,可应用于上游 FEA 流程产生的大型功能富集分析结果。它生成系统化的、可导航的 HTML 报告,便于识别可能驱动多个富集的基因组,并探索最初用于确定输入基因的基因层面定量数据。此外,GeneFEAST 可比较多项研究的 FEA 结果,例如可突出两组条件下共同差异表达基因中的基因表达模式,并揭示在这些条件下产生的共享富集。GeneFEAST 提供了一种新颖且有效的方式,以应对将众多重叠的 FEA 结果与其底层基因和数据相关联的复杂性,推进以基因为中心的假设,并为下游验证实验提供关键信息。可用性:GeneFEAST 可在 https://github.com/avigailtaylor/GeneFEAST 获取。联系方式:[email protected]
