波长选择结构的基本下限尺寸

摘要

借助海森堡不确定性原理,探讨了波长选择结构的基本下限尺寸。分析表明,对于给定的波长选择性,具有光学反馈的谐振结构具有最小的尺寸。利用集成光学微环谐振器(Q ~ 3.4 x 10^4)获得的实验结果证实了这一分析。此外,还就不确定性原理在隐变量或对所涉系统知识受限方面的有效性进行了讨论。
