摘要
时间传播探测器是基于石英辐射体棒的 Cherenkov 粒子识别探测器,用于 SuperKEKB 正负电子对撞机上的 Belle II 实验。该探测器的目的是识别正负电子对撞中产生的带电强子的类型,并要求单光子定时分辨率低于100皮秒。设计、构建并集成了一套新颖的前端电子系统,用于从探测器中的8192个微通道板光电倍增管通道采集数据。这些模拟信号的波形采样由开关电容阵列专用集成电路完成。触发、感兴趣窗口的数字化、读出以及向 Belle II 数据采集系统的数据传输过程,均由 Xilinx Zynq-7000 可编程片上系统器件管理。
