我们提出了一个有限尺寸系统中零波长（q=0）相互作用的微观理论。其精确解在强相互作用和弱相互作用极限下分别插值于库仑阻塞和微扰Altshuler-Aronov理论之间。计算了隧穿态密度和准粒子寿命。讨论了相互作用q=0分量的物理本质。
