涨落诱导建模微生物生态系统中的进化分支

摘要
利用微生物进化生态学模型研究了环境涨落对物种多样性的影响。我们表明，环境涨落诱导了进化分支并确保了随之而来的多个物种共存。应用成对可侵入性分析 (pairwise invasibility analysis) 来说明物种形成过程。我们还讨论了涨落如何影响物种多样性。
