摘要
随着新频谱分配及从先前蜂窝代网络重耕频段导致市场中频谱可用性增加，更灵活、高效且绿色的频谱使用成为 5G-Advanced 中的重要课题。本文概述了第三代合作伙伴计划（3GPP）关于载波聚合（CA）灵活频谱编排的工作。分析了配置设置、需求与潜在规范影响。还介绍了所涉及的 Release 18 技术，如多小区调度、发射机切换与网络节能。评估结果表明，这些技术可带来明显的性能增益。
