摘要
大型公司拥有并运营的数据中心功耗很高,且预计未来还会增长。然而,跨地理与时间转移计算负载的能力可为电网提供灵活性。我们引入虚拟链路的概念,以在市场出清程序中刻画地理分布式数据中心所提供的时空负载灵活性。我们表明虚拟链路抽象能很好地融入现有市场出清框架,并有助于分析和确立市场设计属性。通过 illustrative 案例研究对此进行了演示。
