五个E+A（后星暴）星系作为最亮团星系

摘要
最亮团星系（BCGs）大多是椭圆星系，很少具有显著的恒星形成。我们发现，在8812个BCGs中，有五个是E+A（即后星暴）星系，其Hδ吸收线的等值宽度大于2.5Å，且在[O II]和Hα中没有明显的发射线。我们首次从BCGs中识别出的E+A特征不如一般星系中的显著，表明历史上的恒星形成并不十分剧烈。
