摘要
我们报告了利用IceCube对地外中微子诱导的级联的首次搜寻。分析的数据采集于2007年，当时有22根探测器串安装并运行。我们将讨论用于重建级联和抑制本底的分析方法。模拟的具有E⁻²能谱的中微子信号事件，在通过本底排除判据后，在约20 TeV到数PeV的能量范围内，重建分辨率dlogE ~ 0.27。我们给出了在IceCube级联通道中，预期能够对地外中微子弥散通量设定限制的范围。
