Bi2223单晶的首次扫描隧道光谱

摘要
我们报告了对高品质Bi2223晶体的首次低温扫描隧道显微镜和光谱研究。我们展示了原子分辨率图像,并获得了来自两个不同样品的光谱数据。在一种情况下,Tc=109K且过渡宽度仅为1K,我们获得了在至少50 nm范围内均匀性极强的样品,间隙值为60 meV。在另一种情况下,相应参数为Tc=111K、过渡宽度为1.7K,得到的样品稍不均匀,间隙为45 meV。我们观察到与Bi2212(Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8)高度相似,并讨论了样品掺杂水平。
