在ILD概念中，预计TPC将作为主径迹探测器。MediTPC原型机在DESY开发，旨在研究气体电子倍增器(GEM)的性质并进行分辨率研究。本文介绍了氧污染对电子信号影响的研究。此外，还展示了在强磁场下使用垫片间距为1.27x7.0 sqmm的新垫平面的分辨率结果。
