无规化Bi-2212晶体中涡旋格子的一阶相变

摘要
利用差分磁光成像技术，我们探讨了亚掺杂Bi-2212单晶中介观不均匀性的问题。除了其他特征外，还表明无规化晶体中涡旋格子的穿透场和一阶相变 (FOT) 场的异常温度依赖可被解释为源于不均匀性所致。讨论了化学不均匀性和针对通量渗透及FOT的影响。
