摘要
我们报告了在He:CF:SF混合物中以 mbar 表面压力下观察到负离子漂移(NID),该实验在意大利纳纳洛兰兹·格兰萨索实验室进行,使用光读出时间投影胶囊(TPC),属于CYGNO/INITIUM项目的一部分。我们报告了在NID regime下首次进行PMT波形分析,通过结合轨迹几何和电荷传输的模型来解释时间光学模式。推导出的漂移速度对应于O(cm V s)的迁移率,与负离子传输相符。观察到的时间延拓均值随漂移距离的线性比例,揭示了除了主导的SF物种外,还存在一种更快的少数电荷载流子 population,这些载流子在外部输入下以约25%更高的速度漂移。这些结果表明,在He:CF:SF混合物中实现了表面压力下的多物种负离子漂移,为稀有事件搜索大规模、低扩散光学TPC提供了具体路径。
