Finkel'stein 非线性 sigma 模型：二维电子系统中无序与相互作用的交织

摘要
本文简要综述了近期在 Finkel'stein 非线性 sigma 模型框架下为描述二维相互作用无序电子系统而推导出的理论结果。所举例的系统包括具有两个谷的电子系统、双量子阱中的电子、拓扑绝缘体表面的电子、具有超导关联的电子系统，以及整数量子 Hall 效应。
