镱铱氧化物Y2Ir2O7的填充控制

摘要
我们报告了镱铱氧化物Y2Ir2O7的填充控制。当取代含量x（x >= 0.3）增加时，出现金属基态。我们发现通过对Y2Ir2O7进行这种填充控制，费米能级处的态密度随x快速变化。
