摘要
不流畅现象（即正常语流中的中断）在口语语篇中无处不在。填充词（“uh”、“um”）是相较于其他类型不流畅现象出现最为频繁的。然而，据我们所知，尚没有一个资源能汇集影响口语理解（SLU）中关于这些言语事件的研究视角。本文旨在以整体方式综述广泛的视角；即从考量潜在的（心理）语言学理论，到它们在自动语音识别（ASR）与 SLU 系统中的标注与考量，再到最后从生成角度的研究。本文旨在以易懂的方式向 SLU 与对话式 AI 社区呈现这些视角，并讨论我们认为是各领域未来趋势与挑战的方向。
