摘要
我们测量了La_{2-x}Sr_xCuO_{4+delta} (LSCO)单晶中热量和电荷的输运。在未掺杂和高度未掺杂的LSCO中,热导率在T趋于0的极限下随磁场增大而减小,这与所有超导体(包括更高掺杂比例的 cuprate)中观察到的增大现象形成鲜明对比。磁场抑制超导性表明,一种新型的热金属-绝缘体相变在从超导态转向场诱导的正常态时发生。
