耦合量子点中声子诱导跃迁的场控抑制

摘要
我们计算了具有弱横向限制的垂直双量子点系统的纵向声学声子散射率，并表明外部磁场或电场可以诱导单电子激发态寿命的强烈调制。这些结果是针对典型的现实器件，使用费米黄金规则方法和电子量子态的三维描述获得的。
