有无自由载流子的稀磁电介质中的铁磁有序

摘要
本文综述了过渡金属掺杂氧化物（稀磁电介质）的理论和实验研究现状。现有数据表明，掺杂磁性杂质的氧化物薄膜的普遍非平衡态可能有利于高居里温度的铁磁性，也可能导致没有长程磁序的高度非均匀态。在这两种情况下，伴随的缺陷（空位、间隙离子）都起着关键作用。
