摘要
我们展示了利用飞秒激光三维(3D)微加工制造高品质因子(high-Q)微环形谐振腔。利用CO2激光焊接将光纤锥可靠地组装到微环形谐振腔上。具体而言,通过优化光纤锥与微环形谐振腔之间的接触位置,我们在微谐振腔-光纤组件中实现了2.12*10^6的高Q因子。
