摘要
ASTRI 迷你阵列是一套由九台成像大气切伦科夫望远镜组成的下一代系统,将建于特内里费岛观测站址。在首阶段(仪器作为实验运行并优先安排主要科学案例时间表)之后,预期将进入观测站阶段,指向其他重要目标。我们聚焦于河外源的观测可行性,以及最能补充和拓展 ASTRI 迷你阵列核心科学的天体物理过程,给出在长期时间尺度上可探测到的最相关实例,其观测可在甚高能河外科学中取得突破性成果。此类实例涵盖广泛的 射线发射体,包括活动星系核在多 TeV 能段的低态研究、通过长曝光对塞弗特星系的可能探测,以及 above 10 TeV 的暗物质谱线搜寻。对所呈对象的模拟表明,该仪器在多 TeV 能段的性能相对于当前切伦科夫望远镜阵列具有竞争力。
