快速光谱扩散谱线的均匀线宽提取

摘要
我们提出一种简单方法，用于提取表现出快速（低至1 ns）光谱扩散（SD）的单光子发射谱线的均匀线宽。该方法基于最近发展的利用谱线一半上的光子关联测量技术。这里我们证明，SD诱导的聚束取决于均匀线宽与光谱扩散幅度之比。使用该技术对CdSe/ZnSe量子点进行研究，我们探究了其快速SD幅度及其均匀激子线宽的温度依赖性。
