摘要
我们描述了在远超其模数转换器采样率的频率下使用数字相位噪声测试装置的方法。所提出的技术涉及将任意高载波频率的相位波动转移至数字仪器的工作频率范围内。通过与传统方法的比较，证明了所提出技术的有效性。数字噪声测量消除了校准需求并提高了实验结果的一致性。文中还讨论了限制频谱测量分辨率的机制。
