摘要
长期演进(LTE)的商业成功以及由此带来的移动数据需求增长，促使蜂窝网络运营商努力寻求新的创新。已提出在非授权频谱中运行LTE，以允许蜂窝网络运营商通过接入非授权的5 GHz频段来卸载部分数据流量。目前，针对非授权频段中的LTE操作有三种所提变体，即LTE-U、授权频谱接入(LAA)和MulteFire。本文对这些变体进行了比较分析，并解释了全球不同地区对5 GHz频段的现行法规。我们介绍了这三种所提版本的技术细节，并从操作特性和共存能力方面对其进行分析，为其部署及与遗留系统的共存提供研发视角。
