Beta Weibull分布由Famoye等人(2005)引入并研究。然而，他们没有给出矩的显式表达式。我们现在推导出该分布的累积分布函数和矩的显式闭式表达式。我们还给出了矩母函数的渐近展开式。此外，我们讨论了最大似然估计，并提供了Fisher信息矩阵元素的公式。我们还通过一个真实数据集展示了该分布的有用性。
